Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and their destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 shipping days, while expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping service. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that signed copies cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact out customer service team. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive you and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact a customer service team. We will arrage the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected. Customers are responsible for for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain items,.
